FREE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES IN THE CONTINENTAL USA

All returns must be made within 365 days from the date that you received the item(s). You read that right we accept returns made within 365 days from purchase. Refund requests received at our warehouse within 90 days will be refunded back to the original form of payment; after 90 days, we issue refunds as online store credit. We do not offer pre-paid return labels with the initial shipment, but will gladly offer you one upon request. All we ask is that items must be unworn and in their full, original packaging. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We happily accept returns for a refund for unworn shoes in their full, original packaging. All international returns must be made within 180 days from the date that you received the item(s); we will issue your refund back to the original form of payment after receiving your shoes at our warehouse. We offer exchanges on international orders, but we would have to charge for the shipping. You are responsible for paying for return shipping. Please notify us (using info@thandos.com) when you ship your shoes back to our warehouse and provide the tracking number to help us track your return.
