International Orders

Thando’s is pleased to say that we do our best to offer international shipping to every country. However, depending on the location custom fees and other restrictions may apply. At this time, customs/duties/taxes are solely dealt with by the country the product is shipped to and cannot be removed or altered by us. The customer is responsible for all customs/duties/taxes.

Once the package leaves the US, we don't have good visibility on it, as not all countries update the tracking information. A tracking link for your package is located within your shipping confirmation email. Please note that some countries’ couriers do not update on their respective websites.

Please note that we do not offer expedited shipping for international orders at this time.

*Shipping rates for packages that weigh over 4.4lbs will be at least 25% more than the listed rate.
*Delivery times go into effect at least one business day after you place an order. Once orders have been shipped, the order cannot be changed.
*Orders placed after 11:30 a.m. EST are processed the following business day Monday through Friday. Holiday and Weekend orders are processed the following business day.
