Price Guarantee/Adjustments

If Thando’s makes a temporary price reduction (promotional sale*) you may request reimbursement for the price difference if you purchased a product within 12 hours prior to the start of the sale. Price adjustments are accepted on items purchased at the full retail price only.  If there is a permanent price reduction on a product featured on our web store, you may request reimbursement for the price difference within 10 days from the ship date. Email our Customer Care Department at info@thandos.com to request credit for a price difference.

We work hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing at Thando’s but despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occur. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, Thando’s shall have the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. But we’re on it to make sure this won’t happen :)
